9 guns stolen from trailer in Hamilton

Police are investigating the theft of nine guns that were stolen from a trailer during a move.

A man was using a truck and trailer to move his belongings to Hamiltonthis week, including a locker containing nine properly registered long guns.

He reported the gun locker stolen to police on Wednesday. Officers found the locker on Sanford Street South that day. It had been forced open and the guns removed.
