The trial of the two men accused of murderingHamilton's Tim Bosma continues Monday with jurors hearing from forensic computer expertsabout what they found on the cellphones belonging to the co-accused.

Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto, and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville, Ont., are charged with first-degree murder. Both have pleaded not guilty.

On Thursday, the last day of testimony in Superior Court inHamilton, Millard's friendAndrewMichalskitoldthe jury thatMillard stole a Bobcat tractor and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle "for the thrill of it."

Michalski, 26, told the juryhe probably wouldn't have started stealing things if not for the influence of Millard.

"I guess I felt safe around him I can't explain it," the man from the Toronto suburb of Etobicokesaid. "He had money, he could protect me. I was confident he would do that for me."
