Man and woman face charges after violent assault in Niagara Falls

Police in Niagara Falls say a man and a woman are facing charges after a violent assault.

Investigators allege two women were robbed and assaulted over the weekend after "an agreed upon money exchange for services."

The two women were transported to hospital for treatment.

The suspects are facing two counts each of aggravated assault and two of robbery.
