Police warn of 2nd pharmacy robbery in 2 days in Hamilton

Hamilton police are again warning the public not to use any medication that isnt prescribed by a doctor after another pharmacy robbery in the Hamilton area.

According to police, around 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, two masked men went into the Queenlake Pharmacy in Stoney Creek and demanded narcotics.

The clerk complied, and the suspects took off with a quantity of narcotics, police say.

A similar crime took place on Monday when thieves robbed another pharmacy and made off with large amounts of hydromorph and codeine medication.
