It's a crime as old as ranching itself and according to Kevin Boon, cattle rustling remains a problem

This past weekend in Kamloops, a pregnant cow that was found dead on the side of the road in Westsyde.

It happened over the weekend, someone shot the animal, butchered the carcass on the spot and made off with the hind quarters.

This comes as no surprise to Kevin Boon.

He's the General Manager of the B-C Cattlemen's Association and dropped by the Daybreak studio to explain.
