Kamloops Mosque leader says racism on the rise since Paris attacks

The leader of a Kamloops Mosque says racism is on the rise in light of the attacks in Paris. We spoke with Imam Mazhar Mahmood.

The aftershocks are still being felt after the attacks in Paris on Friday. Muslims around the world,from political leaders to ordinary citizens, have condemned the attacks.Even still, there is widespread concern that they could be targeted in retaliation.On Saturday, police say a mosque was deliberately set on fire in Peterborough Ontario.

Mazhar Mahmood is the Imam of the Ayesha Mosque here in Kamloops.
