Drone-shot video shows Ion light rail progress so far

The Region of Waterloo's director of rapid transit, Darshpreet Bhatti, provides an update on the Ion light rail transitconstruction in this new video.

According to Bhatti, much of thework to move utilities under roadwaysis now done andBorden Avenue is the first road in the region to have LRTrail track laid down.

The video was posted online on November 13.
