2 men arrested after stolen vehicles loaded into shipping container in Cambridge

Two men from Quebec were arrested in Cambridge, Ont., on Tuesday as part of a stolen vehicle investigation. Officers arrived on scene as four stolen vehicles were being loaded into a shipping container.

Two men from Quebec were arrested Tuesday in Cambridge as part of astolen vehicle investigation.

Officers responded to the area ofDundas Street Northat approximately 6:05 p.m. ET after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle and found vehiclesbeing loaded into a shipping container.

Police said four stolen vehicles worth approximately $320,000were recovered. Officers arrested a24-year manand a 27-year-old man.

They were both charged with four count of possessionof stolen property over $5,000 and four counts of trafficking stolen property over $5,000.

Both menwere held for a bail hearing, police said.
