Crash west of London claims life of driver

Provincial police say a driver involved in a crash in Lambton County, west of London, Ont., died in hospital Wednesday.

Provincial police say a driver involved in a collision in Lambton County, west of London, Ont., on Tuesday had died in hospital.

Emergency crews were called to thetwo-vehicle crash just before 1 p.m.on Egremont Road inWarwick Township. One person was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The other driver did not sustain any injuries, police said.

The driver that was taken to hospitaldied as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash on Wednesday.

The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
