Firefighters called to garbage bin blazes in Winnipeg's North End

A pair of bin fires caused damage in a North End alley early Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to the 300 block and 400 block of Manitoba Avenue around 4 a.m.

They were quickly extinguished but one of them damaged a fence.
