Brandon man wanted for shooting rifle in house

Brandon police have issued an arrest warrant for a 21-year-old man accused of shooting a rifle inside a house on Saturday evening.

SkylarWalter Cook, 21, of Brandonis accused of shooting the gun inside a house in the 800 block of 9th Street. Awoman was injured in the incident, police said Monday.

Officers were called to the home after a man and woman at the home got into a fight with three people two men and a woman whoshowed up around5:30 p.m.

A 30-year-old woman was charged for assaulting another woman with a set of keys in the home, police said Sunday.

Cook is wanted on a number of firearm and weaponrelated charges, as well as for severalother offences.

Police believe Cook may still be in possession of the firearm that was allegedly used at the home.
