Charges laid in Pritchard Avenue fire, death of Justin Chezick

Romeo Ryle turned himself in to police on Monday.

Members of the Winnipeg police homicide unit had earlieridentified Ryleasa suspectbut attempts to locate him were unsuccessful so a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Ryle is detained in custody.
