Kitchen fire brings crews to Winnipeg's Norwood East area

A small fire was quickly extinguished in a Winnipeg rooming house on Wednesday.

Crews were called just before 10 a.m. to the building at the corner ofYouvilleandDubucstreets in the Norwood East neighbourhood.

Fire officials say it started in the kitchen of one suite.

There were no injuries.
