Man, 43, dead after being assaulted twice in Winnipeg's North End, police say

A man is dead after he was assaulted twice in a short period of time by two separate people, Winnipeg police say.

Aman is dead after he was assaulted twice in a short period of time by two separate people, Winnipeg police say.

Emergency crews found Henry Kipling, 43, in the 800 block of Winnipeg's Main Street around 3 a.m. on Saturday. He was transported to hospital in critical condition, where he died.

Police are describing one of the suspects as a woman in her mid to late thirties with long black hair tied in a ponytail. The other suspect is described as a man in his early twenties with an average height and build.
