Judy Wasylycia-Leis to announce second bid for mayor's job

The listof those who want to be Winnipeg's next mayor is getting longer again.

Judy Wasylycia-Leis is expectedto make it official she's in the running with a newsconferencescheduled for Tuesday.

An invitation said she will formally announce her run then.

The former NDP MP came in second to Sam Katz in2010 in a hard-fought battle.

Six candidates are officially registered in the mayoral race. A seventh, Gordon Warren, withdrew last week.

Katz has not said whether he will run again. He was first elected in 2004, and if he runs, 2014 would be his fourth campaign.
