Winnipeg police say the man they issued a silver alert for on Tuesday afternoon has been located and is safe.
Man had been last seen in Transcona area around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday

The man had been reported last seen around 3:30 p.m. in Transcona.
Police said Wednesday morning that he'd been found.
