Mounties hunt for 2 suspects in Dauphin arson

RCMP in Dauphin, Man., are looking for two suspects in a weekend fire that destroyed a house and sent a 17-year-old boy to hospital in critical condition.

RCMP in Dauphin, Man., are looking for two suspects in a weekend fire that destroyed a home and sent ateenage boy to hospital in critical condition.

Fire crews were called to theburning residence on Sixth Avenue Northeastat around 12:45 p.m. Saturday.

Three of the four people who were in the home at the time escaped without serious injury.

The fourth person, a 17-year-old boy from Ste. Rose du Lac, Man., was rushed to hospital. As of Tuesday, he was listed in critical condition, RCMP said in a release.

Police say they are looking for two Dauphin men who have been charged in connection with the fire: Sean Barry Douglas Nepinak, 24, and Seamus John Nepinak, 22.

Both men have been charged with arson with disregard for human life.
