A police dive team is searching an area of the river near the Disraeli Bridge in an effort to locate Nathaniel Thorassie, who is presumed drowned.

The six-year-old was playing on the ice and fell into the river near the Disraeli Bridge on the afternoon of Dec. 4.

Police and volunteer divers searched forthe boy'sbody over several days last month but failed to find it. The ice conditions at the time were too treacherous for divers to continuously search for him.
