Dangerous storms to bring winds, hail, heavy rain to parts of Manitoba: Environment Canada

It could become a stormy Saturday night in south central Manitoba, according to Environment Canada.

It could become a stormy Saturday night in south central Manitoba, according to Environment Canada.

Parts of the province Brandon, Dauphin, Portage la Prairie and Swan River, to be specific are under a severe thunderstorm watch. Conditions could bring what Environment Canada describes as dangerous storms with winds, hail and heavy rain.

Meanwhile, a low pressure system from Saskatchewan could bring thunderstorms and funnel clouds to another part of the province:Southeastern Manitoba is at risk,and the clouds could turn into a weaklandspout tornado, Environment Canada says.
