Lower speed limits at school zones welcomed

Young students and parents alike are welcoming proposed changes to Manitoba's Highway Traffic Act that would let municipalities reduce speed limits in school zones.

The provincial government introduced legislation on Thursday that, if approved, would give municipal governments the option to set speed limits near schools.
