Corey Chartrand, 37, missing from Sapotaweyak Cree Nation

Swan River RCMP are asking for the public's help locating a man who has been missing for more than 10 days.

CoreyChartrand, 37, was last seen onSapotaweyakCree Nation on the morning of April 30.

He is 5-foot-11, has a medium build, brown eyes and long black hair that he wears in a ponytail. RCMP believe he was wearingblack pants andashirt with a Sapotaweyakemblem.He may have also beenwearing brown Reebok shoes.

"Our officers have been actively searching forMr.Chartrandsince being notified of his disappearance and continue in their efforts," Sgt. Bert Paquet said in a release."We are askingthe public's assistance for any information leading to his whereabouts, as this is unusual behaviour for him, and his family is worried."

Sapotaweyak Cree Nation is about 400 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.
