Teen in critical after Osborne crash

A serious car crash at the intersection of Osborne Street and Wardlaw Avenue has prompted city police to ask motorists to avoid the area.

Ateenaged pedestrian was struck, police said. While they couldn't say if it was a boy or a girl, the victim was rushed to hospital in critical condition.

All northbound lanes of Osborne Street a major north-south traffic artery are currently closed, police said.

A police spokesman said traffic will be tied up for hours.
