As Price opened the store again, he said the only thing he's offering at this point is information about medical marijuana.

"I'm not going away. I'm not doing nothing wrong now," he said.

"I don't believe I was doing anything wrong in the beginning, except for helping patients get free, easy access to medicine where the federal government has failed us all."

Police allege that Price was operating an "illegal drug trafficking business which was held out to be a medical marijuana dispensary."

On Tuesday, people came to the shop to offer support and sign a petition. Price wants to force the City of Winnipeg to give him a hearing so he can legally dispense medical marijuana.

Price plans to fight the charges in court. Hesaid he hopes supporters will come to his first court hearing onAug. 20.
