The 21-year-old driver was charged with operating a phone while driving and fined $203.80 after trying to catch a Pokemon and nearly causing a collision in Brandon, RCMP said.

RCMP saidTraffic Services saw a vehicle nearly cause a head-on collision at a gas station at around 2 p.m.
