Fed up Montrealer fills pothole himself

Frustrated with the City of Montreal's inaction, comedian Antonio Riccio decided to use a 99-cent bag of top soil to fill up a pothole near his home.

"This is something I wanted to do three years ago," says Riccioin a rantshared widely on Facebook.

"Two minutes, it took a dollar."

Riccio, who goes by the stage name Heavy T,joked the city would have needed two trucks and seven employees to do the same job.

"Potholes, bridges, everything is collapsing," he says.
