Charges dropped against man in MUHC fraud case

Charges against Jeremy Morris, who was arrested in connection with the McGill University Health Centre superhospital fraud case, have been dropped.

6 other people arrested in connection with the case still face charges

Charges against a man arrested in connection with the McGill University Health Centre superhospital fraud casehave been dropped.

Jeremy Morris was presented asone of the principal holders of Bahamas-based Sierra Asset Management, a company that was alleged to have been a go-between for illegal transactions involving fixing the bid for the superhospital contract.

The charges were dropped today.

Six other people arrested in connection with the case still face charges.
