Denis Coderre goes underground to inspect sewage work

Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre took a trip into Montreal's sewer system on Thursday. The city is in the process of dumping eight billion litres of raw sewage into the St. Lawrence River while repairs are being made to the sewage collectors
