EmmaCzornobajwas convicted of two counts of dangerous driving causing death after she stopped her car on the highway to avoid a group of ducks, an action that led to a motorcycle crashing into her car, killing two people.

Her sentencing is scheduled to take place in August, but a debate is raging over what would be an appropriate punishment for her actions.

In an exclusive interview with CBC,Czornobajsaid she's sorry, but doesn't think she belongs in prison.
