A preliminary inquiry into a trial for Hell's Angels boss Maurice "Mom" Boucher, his daughter Alexandra Mongeau, and associate Gregory Woolley was suspended after only a few minutes this morning.

Defence lawyers for Woolley and Boucher filed motions at the Gouin courthouse, forcing Quebec Court Judge Marco LaBrie to delay proceedings indefinitely.
