Rainbow flags to fly in Montreal, Quebec City for Olympics

Montreal City Hall and the Olympic Stadium are getting makeovers in time for the Sochi Olympics.

In St. Johns, Mayor Dennis OKeefe said council voted unanimously to support the initiative.
