SAQ employees say they're being pressured to up sales

Is the aim to push more alcohol or better educate customers? A SAQ sales program is raising questions with workers.
The name of the SAQ'a program, known as the 4A+ in French, stands for: Welcome, Approach, Advice and 'See you next time.' (Radio-Canada)
