Montreal Metro's Berri-UQAM station enters new phase of repairs
Major work at green line metro platform will affect passengers for 6 months
Montreal's public transit authority is gearing up to beginmajor repairs to theBerri-UQAMMetro station's green line platform, which the Socitde Transports (STM) sayswill take six months to complete and will affect metro users.

CBC Montreal reporter Sarah Leavitt joined other journalists at theBerri-UQAMstation for a media tour of the continuing work.
The STM says work will be ongoing for six months and will affect users.

The STM says the work underway at theBerri-UQAMstation will enter an important phase next week when theescalatorsonthe green line's Angrignon platformwill be reconfigured.
