HST, Champlain bridge top Quebec's election wish list

Premier Jean Charest has shared his federal election "wish list" for voters to consider during the campaign.

Charest is encouraging Quebecers to pick whichever party promises to deliver on a series of demands by the province.

The premier says there are four major issues Quebecers should consider before voting:

• A settlement on theharmonized sales tax.
• A federal commitment torebuild the Champlain Bridge.
• A guarantee for ahigh-speed rail corridorbetween Quebec City and Windsor.
