The family of ChrisMetallic is continuing to search for the missing Mount Allison University student, two years after he disappeared following a house party in Sackville.

Mandy Metallic and her family have been driving back and forth between the Listuguj First Nation in Quebec and Sackvillein the hopes that they find him.

"This is my life now, this is my reality, she said.

I have no other choice and giving up is no option for me."

She and her family have spent the past two years searching the woods, either on foot or using all-terrain vehicles, where her son was last seen in upper Sackville. The family even hired cadaver dogs in 2012 to assist in the search.

Now that snow is on the way, Metallic said the family will have to wait until spring to continue the search.

Tuesday was the two-year anniversary of his disappearance and his family was there to say goodbye.

"Just try wishing he could hear me and say, I'm not giving up or abandoning you. I will be back. While I'm gone, let someone find you, she said.

Chris Metallic was last seen wearing a bright blue, heavy hoodie, jeans and flip-flops.His flip-flops were later found, but nothing else.

He was 20 years old when he disappeared in 2012.

Spencer Isaac, Metallic's brother, is now in his third year at Mount Allison University.

He saidthat not knowing where his brother is or what happened to him doesn't get any easier with the passage of time.

I get asked that a lot, people ask me, What do you think happened? And I tell them the same thing. I just, I don't know, but I can think of every possible thing that could have happened to him,you know? he said.
