Matt Minglewood on rocking into his 70s and getting thrown out of Fort McMurray

Formany Maritimers of a certain vintage, the name Matt Minglewood brings to mind memories of packed bars and arenas.

The Cape Breton rocker has been thrilling audiences since the 1970's. Now, a month away from his 70th birthday, Minglewood is back on the road.

CBC New Brunswick'sMatthew Bingley sat down with him ahead of a solo show Thursday night at Saint John's BMO Theatre.
