Saint-Andr man, 19, dies in off-road vehicle crash

A 19-year-old man died Saturday morning after crashing an off-road vehiclejust outside of Grand Falls, N.B.

The man fromSaint-Andr died at the sceneon Route255, RCMP say in a news release.

Saint-Lonard RCMPandAmbulance New Brunswick responded to callat 6.44 a.m.

"The crash is believed to have occurred when the side-by-side went off a cliff and landed in a gravel pit," the release said."The driver and sole occupant of the side-by-side died at the scene as a result of his injuries."

An investigation is underway.
