Missing Irishtown man located safe

A missing Irishtown man has been located safe, say RCMP.

Marc Robichaud, 50, had gotten lost in the woods and spent the night there, police said.

He was found in a wooded area not far from his home in the southeastern community on Thursday at about 2 p.m., said Cpl. Christa Mitchell.

TheRCMP, Greater Fundy and York Sunbury Ground Search and Rescue volunteers and members of the Off Road Vehicle Enforcement Team participated in the search, she said.

Robichaudhad last been seen at his house at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, police said.
