Trevor Pardy'spending murder trial has once again been delayed.

Pardywas charged with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of his former girlfriend, Triffie Wadman, on Boggy Hall Place in St. John's in October 2011.

The trial for theMount Pearl resident was supposed toin June, but it'sbeen pushed to Octoberbecause lawyer Bob Buckingham needed to replace the second lawyer on the case.

The trial is slated for four weeks.
