The Atlantic Lottery Corporation is cutting four jobs in St. John's, as it looks to re-examine its lease and location.

The ALC's lease at 30 Hallett Cres. in St. John's runs out next year. The corporation says it will use that time to look for new office space.

Logistics operations will be outsourced to a local company that has yet to be decided.

As a result, four positions will be lost, reducing the corporation's local staff from 35to 31.

The changewill save about $2million over five years, the corporation said.

  • A prior version of this report said ALC intended to save $2 million over one year. In fact, the time period is five years.
