Counting Crows flock to St. John's for May concert

American rockers Counting Crows, best known for their radio hit songs Mr. Jones and Round Here, will finish up aspring tour in St. John's.

Somewhere Under Wonderland, the Counting CrowsfirstCanadian tour in 15 years, will wrap up at Mile One Centre on May 23.

VIP and pre-sale tickets will go on sale Wednesday. General admission tickets will be up for grabs on Friday.

Ticket prices range from$49.50 - $79.50.

This concert announcement comes on the heels of news that another big name act will visit Mile One Centre.

Classic rock band Journey is playing in St. John's on Aug. 2.

Tickets for that show go on sale Feb. 27.
