Amy Evans, who lives near the nestat the east end of Harvey Road, has witnessed the crows attacking and swooping down on passersby, and she's even been targeted herself.

"It flew right into the side of my face and it was in the morning, I was walking to work," Evans recalled."I was really startled and I almost walked right into traffic, but I just crossed the road and the crow followed meall the way past the police station. I felt like I was being stalked."

Evans's partner,Jeff Foran, has contacted the City of St. John's about the crows, but he said nothing has been done about them.

Both Evans and Foran said they expect the crows to back off soon their young are already starting to fend for themselves.
