Reardon's body was discovered under a flight of steps in the apartment complex10 days ago.

An RNC spokesperson said police have noevidence that points to a second person being involved, and that the force isnot pursuing that line of investigation.

That contradicts building superintendentJack Huffman's theory that Norris must have had help.

Norris is currently in custody and will appear at provincial court in St. John's on May 24.
