Incoming premier Frank Coleman takes your questions on everything from gay rights, to cellphone service, to paving contracts.

The province's next premier says he's doing his best to expose himself and his views to the people of Newfoundland and Labrador.

To that end, Frank Coleman appeared on CBC Television's On Pointwith guest host Peter Cowan on Saturday to take random questions from the public.

Coleman was asked everything from whether he would donate his premier's salary to charity, as former premier Danny Williams did, to his views on gay marriage.

He also fielded queries regarding province-wide cellphone service, amalgamation and regionalization of municipalities, lingering questions about the controversial Humber Valley Paving contract, and whether he can be a better communicator and listener than his predecessors.

Coleman will be formally installed as leader of the PC Party during a convention in early July.

It's unclear when he will officially take over as premier from Tom Marshall.
