In the wake of Matthew: Washouts, warnings slam Newfoundland

From displaced culverts and road washouts to dead dolphins,the wake of Hurricane Matthew brought big damage to parts of southern and centralNewfoundland Tuesday.

According to Premier Dwight Ball, the damage caused asrains and high winds moved across the island could totalupwards of $1.5 million.
