Daniel Hodgson charged with 2nd degree murder after suspicious death in Apex

Daniel Hodgson, 37, has been charged with second-degree murder forthe death of 23-year-old Bradley Winsor.

Charges were laid after RCMP responded to reports of an unresponsive man at a home in Apex in the early morning of May 19.

Hodgson's appeared before a judge for the first time this week and will appearin court again on July 18.

RCMP initially withheld the names, citing a publication ban, but the ban does not cover names ofthe victim and the accused.
