A 47-year-old woman who suffered a heart attack on board a flight from Moscow to Los Angeles is in stable condition, according to an Iqaluit airport official.

A47-year-old woman whosuffered a heart attack on board a flight from Moscow to Los Angeles is in stable condition, according to an Iqaluit airport official.
The Russian Boeing 777she was on made an emergency landing at the Iqaluit airport around 2 p.m. Monday.
The aircraft had left from Moscowandwas eighthours into its flight to Los Angeles when it made the emergency landing.
An ambulance then took the woman toQikiqtani General Hospital.
