Access to most N.W.T. gov't websites restored

The N.W.T. government says access to most of its websites has been restored.

On Tuesday afternoon, it said a network outage took downgovernmentemail, phones and all websites. By 9:24 Wednesday morning, most websites had been restored, though it isn't clear which ones are still down.

The territory's 911 service, which was disrupted Tuesday night, was restored late Wednesday morning.
