Airport director John Hawkins saidstaff found the spill Tuesday morning, and thatit may have gradually grown over the last week.

"A spill like that in that kind of space, you have to get together a plan and get it all done environmentally correctly and make sure it's clean and disinfected and all that sort of thing," he said.

"It's a very confined space so you have to have a plan as to how you're going to go about it."

Hawkins saidif things goas planned it should take abouttwodays for the clean up.

The spill hasn't had any impact on flight operations at the airport.
