Soldiers head north for Arctic training near Resolute, Nunavut

Over 230 soldiers are taking part in a military operation designed to enhance survival techniques in the High Arctic. They're learning to build camps, conduct snowmobile patrols, and build ski runways - while temperatures hover below -28 C, even in April.
