Still no leads in Benjamin Palluq missing person case

It's been almost six weeks since a well-known homeless man went missing in Iqaluit, and RCMP say there's still no good leads on where he is or what happened to him.

It's been over six weekssince Iqaluit police began calling for tips in the case of BenjaminPalluq.

Palluq, 44, went missing in March.

Friendly and approachable, he was often seen hanging out around the NorthMart store or the Royal Bank.

Palluq is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, with a slender build, short, dark hair and a missing front tooth.

Several police and community searches have been conducted. RCMP say the missing persons case remains open.
